Data Subject Rights under GDPR
As a data subject, you hold the following rights in relation to personal data held by Tralven. Requests may be submitted to [email protected]. Tralven will respond within 30 calendar days of receipt of a valid request.
You may request a copy of the personal data Tralven holds about you, together with an explanation of the purposes for which it is used and the period for which it will be retained. Requests are processed free of charge for reasonable volumes of data.
Where personal data held by Tralven is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request correction or completion. Tralven will amend records within the response period and inform any third parties to whom the data has been disclosed where technically feasible.
You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, where consent is withdrawn, or where there is no overriding legitimate interest for continued retention. This right does not apply where retention is required by law.
Where processing is based on legitimate interest, you may object to processing at any time. Tralven will cease processing unless it can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, or for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
Where processing is based on consent or contract and carried out by automated means, you may request a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, or request that it be transmitted directly to another controller where technically feasible.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), at ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes applicable data protection law.
