02 — Data Collected

Categories of Personal Data & Legal Basis

Tralven collects the minimum personal data necessary to operate this website and respond to visitor enquiries. The categories of data and the applicable legal basis under GDPR Article 6 are set out below.

Contact Enquiries
When a visitor submits the contact form, Tralven collects the name, email address, and message content provided. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing is necessary to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into correspondence. Retention: enquiry records are retained for a period of 24 months from the date of submission, after which they are deleted from active systems.
Technical Log Data
Server infrastructure automatically records standard web server log data including IP address, browser user-agent string, referring URL, and pages accessed. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in maintaining the security and operational integrity of the website. Log data is retained for a maximum of 90 days, after which it is automatically purged from server records.
Analytics & Cookies
With visitor consent, Tralven may employ third-party analytics tools that assign an anonymous session identifier and record aggregated behavioural data such as pages visited, time on site, and navigation path. No personally identifiable information is transmitted to analytics providers. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time via the Cookie Settings link in the footer.

Tralven does not collect special categories of personal data (Article 9 GDPR) through this website. No health data, biometric data, or data concerning a visitor's personal circumstances is requested or retained.

03 — Your Rights

Data Subject Rights under GDPR

As a data subject, you hold the following rights in relation to personal data held by Tralven. Requests may be submitted to [email protected]. Tralven will respond within 30 calendar days of receipt of a valid request.

Right of Access

You may request a copy of the personal data Tralven holds about you, together with an explanation of the purposes for which it is used and the period for which it will be retained. Requests are processed free of charge for reasonable volumes of data.

Right to Rectification

Where personal data held by Tralven is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request correction or completion. Tralven will amend records within the response period and inform any third parties to whom the data has been disclosed where technically feasible.

Right to Erasure

You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, where consent is withdrawn, or where there is no overriding legitimate interest for continued retention. This right does not apply where retention is required by law.

Right to Object

Where processing is based on legitimate interest, you may object to processing at any time. Tralven will cease processing unless it can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, or for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.

Right to Portability

Where processing is based on consent or contract and carried out by automated means, you may request a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, or request that it be transmitted directly to another controller where technically feasible.

Right to Lodge a Complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), at ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes applicable data protection law.

04 — Third Parties & Security

Data Sharing, Security Measures & Policy Revisions

Tralven does not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with the following categories of processors, solely to the extent necessary to operate this website:

  • Hosting providers: server infrastructure providers operating within the European Economic Area who store web server logs and any contact form submissions transmitted to Tralven. All hosting providers are engaged under data processing agreements compliant with GDPR Chapter IV.
  • Analytics providers: where consent is provided, anonymised session data may be transmitted to analytics platforms operating under standard contractual clauses or equivalent transfer mechanisms approved under GDPR Chapter V.
  • Legal obligation: where Tralven is required to disclose personal data by applicable law, court order, or regulatory direction, disclosure will be made to the relevant authority to the minimum extent required.

Tralven employs standard technical security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted to and from this website, access controls limiting administrative access to systems holding personal data, and periodic review of data retention schedules. Absolute security of transmission over the internet cannot be assured, and any submission is at the visitor's own risk.

This Privacy Policy may be revised periodically to reflect changes in applicable law or in Tralven's data handling practices. The revised policy will be published at this URL with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website after publication of a revised policy constitutes acceptance of its terms.
